This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Andre Berto official funnels, across any and all current and future campaigns. Digital products are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee; all other purchases are final.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If a digital product is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will refund your purchase in full — no questions asked.

How To Request A Refund

• Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout.
• Include the word "Refund" in the subject line.
• We reply within 1 business day and process approved refunds immediately.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Purchases

All sales are final and non-refundable for anything that is not a digital product, including but not limited to:

• 1-on-1 calls, coaching calls and private Zoom sessions with Andre Berto
• Live events, meet-and-greets, VIP experiences and ringside packages
• Any other service, experience or physical item

These purchases cannot be returned or exchanged once booked. If you cannot attend a scheduled call or event, contact us and we will do our best to reschedule, but a refund is not guaranteed.

After A Refund

Access to the refunded digital product and any related content ends once your refund is issued.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. In almost every case we can resolve the issue faster than a chargeback.
