1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the organiser and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

2. How To Enter

Complete the entry form on this website with your name, email address and phone number and check the consent box. Limit one entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, duplicated or submitted by automated means will be disqualified.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a fight night ringside experience with Andre Berto, including ringside seating and behind-the-scenes access for the designated event. Travel, lodging, meals and all other expenses not expressly stated are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be provided. The organiser may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on Instagram live at @AndreBerto once the fight date is confirmed. The winner will also be notified by the email address and phone number provided and must respond and claim the prize within 24 hours of announcement, or an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, likeness and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.

7. Release

By entering, participants release the organiser and its partners from any liability for loss, injury or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

8. Privacy

Information submitted is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be used to contact you about this Giveaway and future events where you have consented.
